Shipping & delivery Info :
When we air ship puppies, we supply a new appropriate sized crate, soft baby blanket and a small bag of puppy food will be attached to the top of the crate. Puppy papers ( health guarantee, health records, registration papers, etc) are mailed separately. We use Delta/Comair or Northwest Airlines. Two puppies can be flown together, in the same crate for a slightly higher price to the same airport, so feel free to buy more than one ! When shipping by air we ask our clients to be flexible since the airport is 3 hours from us and the weather and temperature play an important role when shipping.
Total shipping price ranges from $ 250- 290, this amount is added to the price of the pup. Typically, we can deliver a pup to its new family for less money than air shipping. It all depends on where it is going. We are usually more than happy to meet you . We do charge to deliver a puppy if its more than 1 hour round trip. Please email for price quote on delivery since it varies depending on fuel prices, etc.
Please understand that the airlines will not ship a puppy if the temperature will get above 85 degrees or below 20 degrees at any point along the trip. This is for the health and safety of the animal. We try to book flights as early or late as possible to beat the temperatures but patience and cooperation is needed to get your puppy to you when conditions are extreme, subsequently, shipping is at our sole discretion.
Because of recent airline bankruptcies, we cannot guarantee shipping dates as many of the airlines are currently overbooking the shipment of animals then taking them on a first come first serve basis. We will do our level best to get your new baby to you as promised but be advised and understand that there may be circumstances that arise, that are beyond our control. Also major storms in one area of the country can adversely affect shipping in other parts. If airports shut down it backs up the airlines hubs. Since people take precedence, animals are typically bumped. Please be patient if there are any delays due to inclement weather as it is beyond our control.

Deposit Information :
We encourage you to contact us early and reserve a puppy from the parents / litter of your choice. We require a minimum of half the puppy price to hold a puppy.
*** Future litters: We will hold your choice from a future litter for a deposit of - ; this is transferable for a pick from another litter if we cannot provide the sex of the pup you desire; i.e. your deposit is for third pick of females but there are only two in the litter. Once the litter is born and you make your choice, we require that you increase the amount of the deposit to a minimum of half the amount of the purchase price.
***Deposits /Payments are non refundable.
Once you place a deposit on a puppy, you have entered into a legal and binding contract with us for the purchase of that puppy. If you change your mind and back out of our agreement for any reason.... you WILL forfeit your payment.
In the rare occurance a reserved puppy dies while still in our care, the buyer will be offered pick from an available or future litter which can take up to a year.
Please read all information carefully and please do not put money down if you do not intend to follow through with the purchase as your payment will not be returned. Any and all negotiations done via the telephone must be confirmed via email.

By placing a deposit/payment on/for one of our puppies, it is understood that the buyer has read the guarantee/contract page and agrees to abide by the terms of that agreement and will not seek to modify or amend said agreement once the deposit has been made. The content of this page of our website constitutes part of that agreement.
