We are now offering an additional year on our health guarantee for every year (up to 10 years) you continue using the Nuvet supplements that are supplied when you get your puppy !! Everyone who has a puppy from us in the past and future is eligible for this extention on our health guarantee.
* All pups sold are current on vaccinations, de-worming, and have had a physical exam by a licensed veterinarian.
* All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of receiving the puppy. Copy of exam must be forwarded to us within 1 week or guarantee is null and void. If your vet advises you to return the puppy due to an illness or defect, you may do so within 2 days of initial vet examination. You will then be eligible to receive a replacement puppy when one becomes available. If you go against your vet's advice and keep the puppy, than we the seller will not be held responsible. * If your puppy develops a condition during the 5 year guarantee that dates back to the fetal stage and this condition would severely impact the quality (IE: severe chronic pain) or length of life than you will be eligible to receive a replacement puppy. All medical records showing the symptoms, tests performed and diagnosis must be forwarded to us. We reserve the right to obtain a second opinion at our cost to verify the severity of the condition before any replacement is given.
***The unhealthy puppy must be returned to us prior to a replacement being given. If not returned than guarantee is null and void. (No puppy = no replacement). Under no circumstances will vet fees of any kind be refunded.
***If a claim is made against our guarantee, the buyer has 48 hours after the diagnosis is made to notify us that they intend to return the puppy, and they have 72 hours to actually make the return. If buyer fails to notify us of their intent or fails to return the puppy within the above said time frame then guarantee is null and void.
* In case of death, a necropsy report (@ buyer's expense & non refundable) stating the cause of death is indeed a severe genetic defect and not a result of an accident or lack of proper care must be forwarded to us before a replacement will be given.
* Veterinarian fees & transportation costs are non refundable and we as the breeder will not be responsible for these costs.
* No replacement will be made until the registration papers (if applicable) are returned.
* This guarantee is VOID if the puppy is bred before it reaches 14 months of age. We do not guarantee the breedability of sold puppies and all puppies are sold on limited registrations with no breeding rights. No registration papers will be given until the puppy has been neutered and we receive proof from a licensed veterinarian.
* This guarantee is for the person purchasing the puppy. It is not transferrable and is null and void if the puppy is transferred to another person.
* In the event that a claim be made against this guarantee it would be subject to the availability of another litter. It could take up to one full year. A replacement puppy will be of the same sex, color, quality, type and price. (If a higher priced puppy is selected the buyer must pay the difference in price).
* There are certain disorders/ conditions that may be caused by environmental factors, (I.E.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and / or other auto-immune disorders) these disorders / conditions are not covered by this guarantee.
* We as the breeder guarantee a healthy companion pet, but do not guarantee adult size or color. We also do not guarantee the puppy to be fit for breeding purposes. These things are out of our control and are not covered under the guarantee.
